JAMES SCORE: 7/10
ANTHONY SCORE: 7/10

ARUGOLA:
Mozzarella, tomato sauce, arugula, prosciutto, shaved parmigiano, basil $20

DIAVOLA: Mozzarella, tomato sauce, spicy salame, basil $19

TARTUFATA ai 4 FORMAGGIi: Four cheeses, truffle pate, basil $20

Pros: These were 12" personal pies. 4 slices in each one. Good thin, doughy crust. Salame was nice and spicy on the Diavola, arugula was good and fresh and was placed on the pie AFTER cooking it - this is KEY. Thankfully they didn't over do the truffle flavor on the Tartufata. Ricotta was great on the Diavola & Tartufata even though it wasn't listed in the ingredients. Great ingredients over all.

Cons: Pricey, took a bit longer than anticipated, was not very warm when it arrived.
